Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the Goods, or when a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product is returned along with all accessories, tags, manuals, and invoice copy

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

Non-Returnable & Sale Items

Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds.

Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, clearance events, or discount campaigns may not be eligible for return or refund unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered).

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.
